STRINGENT REGULATIONS OF KURGAN DISTRICT EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE IN THE 1920S: OPPORTUNITIES TO USE IN RECONSTRUCTION OF TOWN DAILY LIFE

Abstract. This article presents the attempt to reconstruct the daily life of citizens relying on such normative-legal act as the stringent regulations of Kurgan district executive committee in the 1920s. The author draws attention to the peculiarities of the use of the mentioned documents as the sources of daily life determined by the specifics of their origin. The extensive potential of the regulations in the study of such aspects of daily life as living conditions, hygiene, feeding, leisure-time, the behavior of citizens are demonstrated by certain documents.
