PROBLEMS OF EXECUTION OF PUNISHMENT IN FORM OF DEPRIVATION OF RIGHT TO FILL CERTAIN POSITIONS OR TO PRACTISE CERTAIN PROFESSION

Abstract. The article is devoted to the analysis of punishment in the form of the deprivation of right to fill certain positions or to practise a certain profession. The problems of the execution of this kind of punishment both in criminal-legal and criminal law enforcement aspects are shown. The author suggests the ways of the optimization of the enforcement and execution of punishment in the form of the deprivation of right to fill certain positions or to practise a certain profession and the ways of the minimization of the cases of the non-execution of the considered kind of punishment.
