GOVERNMENT COMMISSION ON FUEL-ENERGY COMPLEX AS FORMAL CHANNEL OF POLITICAL INTERACTION OF OIL AND GAS BUSINESS AND STATE

Abstract. In the article the decisions made during the meetings of the Government Commission on Fuel-Energy Complex (the formal channel of political interaction) and the changes of the Commission composition in 2004-2012 are analyzed. The author concludes that in the considered period the relations of the business and the state institutionalized. However, this has not led to the participation of different groups of interests of fuel-energy complex in political-administrative decisions making (it is typical for pluralistic systems).
