LEGAL REGIME OF HUMANITARIAN AID

Abstract. The author tells about the stages of the emergence and development of humanitarian aid as a social and legal phenomenon. The article also analyzes the activity of organizations and institutions on provision of humanitarian aid. The list of goods as objects of civil rights that are recognized as humanitarian aid is considered in detail. The author touches upon the problematic of receiving humanitarian aid by foreign countries, and describes the legal framework and normative-legal guarantees of states concerning the receipt of foreign humanitarian aid.
