PROBLEM OF STAGE ANXIETY AND MEANS (MEASURES) TO CONTROL IT

Abstract. The article examines the problem relevant for those, whose profession is associated with public speaking - the problem of stage anxiety. If an artist is terribly anxious, such appearance gives no pleasure to the performer, and, as a consequence, stage fear develops, which in some cases results in the forced refusal of the gifted persons of artistic career. How to learn to overcome panic and what an artist should think about during his appearance? This will be discussed in the article.
