ONTOLOGICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL FOUNDATIONS OF INTENTIONAL AS KEY ATTRIBUTE OF CONSCIOUSNESS IN PHILOSOPHY BY F. BRENTANO

Abstract. The article analyzes the problems of intentional as an authentic feature of consciousness (psychic phenomena) manifesting itself in the modus of mental projection, which correlates with material objectness. The author focuses on the problem of the distilled definition of intentional on the basis of the differentiation of psychic and physical phenomena in philosophy by F. Brentano in the context of the identification of the ontological and methodological foundations of the intentionality of consciousness (psychic phenomena).
