RUCTURE OF ADMINISTRATIVE CULTURE AS SUBJECT AREA OF MODERN SOCIOLOGY OF MANAGEMENT

Abstract. The article deals with the peculiarity of sociological approach to the structure of administrative culture, which is understood as the basis of the social mechanism of management impact and the integrative characteristic of management activity. The author grounds the necessity of the theoretical development and practical integration into activity of administrative culture model, the core of which will be the degree of the realization of objectives, technologies, the consequences of administrative communications by the subjects of management.
