CIVILIZATION OF RUSSIA: FORMATION, SPECIFICITY AND PERSPECTIVES OF DEVELOPMENT

Averenkova Natal'ya Vyacheslavovna, Pashintsev Evgenii Vasil'evich
Chelyabinsk Institute of Railway Transport - Branch of Ural State University of Railway Transport

Abstract. The article substantiates the thesis that the originality of the Russian society is conditioned by external causes: clash of two civilizations within Eurasian space - Western and Eastern ones. The objective result of this clash was an emergence of a new type of civilization, within which bounds institution of the state became dominant in relation to economic and ideological institutions. The Soviet "experiment" demonstrated complete social monopoly of the state and political commitment of ideology. Further development of the Russian society implies socio-cultural separation of culture from civilization, ideology - from politics.
