PROPAGANDA AS A FORM OF THE SOVIET YOUTH EDUCATION IN THE 1920-1930S (BY THE MATERIAL OF THE BURYAT-MONGOLIAN AUTONOMOUS SOVIET SOCIALIST REPUBLIC)

Abstract. The article investigates the process of the youth education in the 1920-1930s, when propaganda played a significant role. By the example of the Buryat-Mongolian ASSR forms and methods of working with the young people are shown. The author analyzes typical for the period under study tools and techniques that were used in the formation of a new way of thinking and a new Soviet man, whose moral standards must have been combined with attitudes appropriate to the ideas of the Communist Party.
