EURO-ARCTIC REGION AS RUSSIA’S ARCTIC POLICY VECTOR

Abstract. The subject of the study is the Euro-Arctic (Barents) region of international cooperation, namely the prospects and features of this region in the context of rising global attention to the Arctic. The article considers the position of the Euro-Arctic region in Russia’s foreign policy aspirations, the possibility of developing cooperation with international partners in this unique region, which is a bridge between such world geopolitically-important centers as Europe, Russia and the Arctic.
