REPRESENTATION OF NON-VERBAL METAPHOR IN THE CONTEXT OF DRAMATIC ART

Abstract. The article is devoted to the comprehension of the unexplored in the context of the theory of dramatic art phenomenon of non-verbal metaphor, to study the features of which an attempt is made to extrapolate the methods of the analysis of linguistic, metalinguistic, semantic and cognitive theories. The results of the research demonstrate that the non-verbal metaphor that is realized purely in the mental space of the language uses the sign structure at the visual level and is able to project concepts onto the sphere of the myth and the symbol.
