HUMANISTIC ASPECTS OF A. SCHOPENHAUER’S PHILOSOPHY

Abstract. The article is devoted to revealing the humanistic context of A. Schopenhauer’s philosophy. A general review of the German philosopher’s doctrine is given. Special attention is paid to its ethical aspect. The worldview sources of non-classical humanism are analyzed. The significance of A. Schopenhauer’s philosophical system in the formation of the non-classical anthropocentric worldview paradigm is specified. The statement on the influence of the humanistic guidelines of the founder of the philosophy of life on the following development of contemporary philosophy and science is substantiated.
