THE XX AND THE XXI CONGRESSES OF THE ALL-UNION LENINIST YOUNG COMMUNIST LEAGUE: CRITICAL REMARKS AND SUGGESTIONS

Abstract. The article is devoted to the work of the Central Committee of the All-Union Leninist Young Communist League with critical remarks and suggestions made during the XX and the XXI Congresses of the All-Union Leninist Young Communist League in the period from 1987 till 1990. The author reveals the content of the critical remarks and suggestions and the organization of their consideration in the Central Committee of the All-Union Leninist Young Communist League. Particular attention is drawn to shortcomings and violations in the consideration of the critical comments and suggestions by the departments (divisions) of the Central Committee of the All-Union Leninist Young Communist League. Problems that caused the criticism of Komsomol during the studied period are identified.
