Abstract. By the materials of the Khanty-Mansiysk State Archive the article for the first time considers the features of the bulletin-board newspaper "Promkooperator" / "Промкооператор" as amateur creativity of cooperative workers. The object of the study is the content and design of the bulletin-board newspaper of the Khanty-Mansiysk District Union of multi-producers’ cooperation. In addition, the author analyzes the composition of the bulletin-board newspaper correspondents, the work of the editorial board and the content of the articles. The examination of the bulletin-board newspaper allows us to supplement the view, existing in historical science, on the life of cooperative associations in the 1950s. The conclusion is drawn that the bulletin-board newspaper was increasingly subjected to party dictatorship and agitation-propaganda influence.
