ETHICS AND PSYCHOLOGY OF BUSINESS COMMUNICATION IN INTERCULTURAL CONTEXT

Abstract. The article considers specifics of business communication and negotiations in international environment, which have become a norm for doing business in the conditions of globalization. Difficulties of intercultural nature that parties face with in the process of international negotiations are estimated. The paper specifies points, which must be used to achieve a positive outcome of negotiations, as well as communication strategies when dealing with international partners.
