UNDERSTANDING HUMANISM AS A PRINCIPLE OF LEGAL RELATIONS

Abstract. The article examines aspects of forming and developing the humanistic idea, analyzes philosophers’ humanistic views. The authors discover importance of humanistic ideology to understand the historical process of the humanism idea formation, identify specificity of forming the individual’s legal culture as a necessary element to provide comprehensive legal evaluation of the modern political situation. Public opinion is represented as an element of humanistic worldview.
