APPLICATION OF COMPUTER DIAGNOSTICS TO ASSESS THE QUALITY OF EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS MASTERING

Abstract. The article presents the universal systems of the computer diagnostics of subject proficiency corresponding to the modern paradigm of education and the objectives of its informatization. The authors list the systems of OFF-LINE and ON-LINE tests with developed service and functional capabilities that allow realizing the introduction of testing as a mechanism for assessing the quality of basic educational programs mastering.
