PEDESTRIAN’S AMENABILITY IN CASE OF TRAFFIC ACCIDENT

Abstract. The general characteristics of liabilities owing to trespass according to the current civil legislation and some authors’ attitudes towards the question under research are considered. In the article special attention is paid to the topical problem of the driver’s expenses compensation by the pedestrian for the car restoration as a result of traffic accident if the pedestrian’s guilt is proved.
