Abstract. The article shows the process of young sportsmen’s self-actualization through constructivist approach in the conditions of child and youth’s sports schools. For the successful personality development of children and teenagers, who chose sport, it’s necessary to create conditions for raising interest in the chosen activity and the practical realization of self-actualization process components.
