"MIRROR NOVELLA": SMALL MASTERPIECE BY ILSE AICHINGER

Abstract. In the article the story "Mirror Novella" by famous Austrian writer Ilse Aichinger and its translation history into the Russian language are analyzed. The results of the peculiar experiment of using the novella text as literary translation study material for students-Germanists are resumed.
