AGRICULTURAL LANDSCAPES OF RIVER VALLEYS OF THE MIDDLE SOUTHERN BUG REGION

Abstract. The article considers the agricultural development of the river valleys of the Middle Southern Bug region. The presence of anthropogenic landscapes proper and landscape engineering systems in the structure of agricultural landscapes is shown. The paper substantiates the opportunities of the transformation of agricultural landscapes into cultural ones, which, in their turn, may become important recreational resources including within the territories of natural-reserved fund. The author comes to the conclusions that rational, ecologically and economically balanced nature management should become one of the basic principles of the agricultural development of valley landscapes.
