OPTIMIZATION OF TRAINING OF MILITARY SCIENTIFIC-PEDAGOGICAL STAFF IN MODERN CONDITIONS

Abstract. This article analyzes the training of adjuncts of scientific-pedagogical specialities in military institutions of higher education of internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation from theoretical and practical point of view. The author substantiates the position that contest in military institutions of higher education is a form of pedagogical projects implementation. The paper generalizes the practical experience of a pedagogical contest conducted among adjuncts in a military institution.
