IMPLEMENTATION OF CULTURAL SERVICE FOR RURAL POPULATION BY PROFESSIONAL THEATERS OF URAL REGION IN THE 1960S - 1980S

Abstract. The present article by the material of Ural region studies the practice of theater groups’ activity on constructing permanent creative relations with individual rural areas or groups. New forms and methods of the organization of this activity are identified. Shortcomings and difficulties in the organization of cultural service for the village by professional theaters under the conditions of public stagnation are revealed.
