IMPORTANCE OF MODERN COMPUTER TECHNOLOGIES UNDER REALIZATION OF PRINCIPLES OF AVAILABILITY AND OPENNESS OF JUSTICE AT ARBITRATION COURTS

Abstract. The article argues for the importance of using technical aids to secure the availability and openness of justice at the modern developmental stage of arbitral procedural legislation. The principles of the openness and availability of justice are examined from the viewpoint of the easy understanding of the principles of legal procedure and the possibility to use procedural and technical aids under the realization of justice. The author identifies concrete procedural and technical aids to secure the availability and openness of justice at arbitration courts.
