PROSPECTS OF GEOMETRIC-GRAPHIC DISCIPLINES AT TECHNICAL UNIVERSITIES

Abstract. The article presents structure of geometric-graphic disciplines at technical universities including descriptive geometry as theory of geometric modeling and engineering graphics, which provides technical documentation. Computer graphics is an integral part of the educational disciplines "Descriptive Geometry" and "Engineering Graphics". The paper describes educational process with the use of the automated design system "Autodesk Inventor".
