LEGAL ASPECTS OF juridical TECHNIQUE OF CONSOLIDATION OF LEGISLATION ON BANKRUPTCY AND CORPORATE LEGISLATION

Abstract. The article is devoted to the problem of juridical technique of consolidation of legislation, regulation of rules and methods of its realization. As a result of the research of the problem the authors come to the conclusion that there is no clear legal regulation of consolidation, in each case it has an individual character, which certainly affects quality of the consolidated act of legislation. Appropriate legal regulation will allow avoiding double standards in interpretation of rules of law and increasing the level of protection of rights and freedoms of its subjects.
