SPEECH-ACT STRUCTURE OF INTERROGATION IN JURIDICAL DISCOURSE

Abstract. In the article speech acts types are considered which are used in interrogations materials, representatives types are considered in detail, communicative failures and collapses are defined and illustrated with the examples.
