CUMULATIVE ANALYTICAL-SYNTHETIC APPROACH TO LITERARY TEXT INTERPRETATION WHEN TEACHING TRANSLATORS

Abstract. The purpose of this article is the substantiation of cumulative analytical-synthetic approach to the interpretation of text as a particular kind of translation analysis in the process of reading the original. In this approach, reading acts as a prerequisite for fiction translation, since reading is not a receptive, but receptive-reproductive process, where the basic competences of a fiction translator are laid, it is an attempt to link author's creativity while making works and reader's creativity while perceiving these works in the analytical-synthetic unity, which is based on the community of individual and collective experience.
