ARAB-PERSIAN AND TURKISH BORROWINGS IN TATAR PERIODICALS LANGUAGE OF THE BEGINNING OF THE XXTH CENTURY

Abstract. The author proves that the language of Tatar periodicals at the beginning of the XXth century was a simplified version of the classic old-Tatar and Ottoman-Turkish languages, where the words of Russian and Western European origin could be found along with Arab-Persian borrowings traditional for that time.
