CONCEPT CAPTIVITY IN CAUCASIAN PROSE OF V. S. MAKANIN: INTERTEXTUAL PARADIGM

Abstract. The author researches the conceptual and figurative components of the concept captivity in the Caucasian prose of V. S. Makanin, shows that the actual stratum of the conceptual component is formed by the physical lack of freedom, and the figurative component basis is formed by conceptual metaphors, and reveals the intertextual connections of the classical works by A. S. Pushkin, M. Yu. Lermontov, L. N. Tolstoi, F. M. Dostoevskii with the story and novel by V. S. Makanin that allows finding out the associative meanings generated by the internal connections of this concept.
