TURKIC LOANWORDS ADAPTATION IN RUSSIAN DIALECTS OF MORDOVIA AND NIZHNY NOVGOROD REGION (BY FOOTWEAR NAMES EXAMPLE)

Abstract. The footwear names of the Turkic origin are considered in the article, which are actively used by the Russian population of the Republic of Mordovia and Nizhny Novgorod region. The exact settlements of lexemes functioning are presented with concrete examples from live dialect speech, loanwords sources are ascertained. Phonetic, morphological, word-formative and semantic changes in the process of their adaptation in the Russian language are analyzed.
