PROBLEM OF ENGINEER’S LANGUAGE TRAINING EFFICIENCY IN TRANSITION TO TWO-LEVEL SYSTEM OF EDUCATION

Abstract. The authors consider the problem of non-compliance of current educational standards requirements to the level of foreign language training standards of students in technical training directions with the analogous requirements of international accredited programs of engineering education; analyze the reasons of the low level of linguistic proficiency of technical higher education establishment graduates, and suggest the ways for improving the efficiency of its teaching.
