COMPARATIVE RESEARCH OF ONOMATOPOEIA PERCEPTION OF THE ALTAI AND MONGOLIAN LANGUAGES BY RUSSIAN NATIVE SPEAKERS

Abstract. The author researches the problem of the iconic properties perception of onomatopoeic vocabulary in languages of different systems by non-native speakers, presents the comparative experimental research, which results lead to the conclusion about the factors that contribute to the correct definition of ??onomatopoetic words meanings of the Altai and Mongolian languages ??by Russian native speakers, as well as allow revealing the potential features of sound-representational onomatopoeia of the Altai and Mongolian languages.
