THEORETICAL-METHODOLOGICAL FRAMEWORK OF DEVELOPING MODULAR SYSTEM OF FOREIGN LANGUAGE TEACHING TO TECHNICAL HIGHER EDUCATION ESTABLISHMENT STUDENTS (PART 1)

Abstract. The author considers the theoretical-methodological framework of developing the modular system of foreign language teaching, which allows significantly increasing the effectiveness of teaching this discipline in higher technical school, reveals and substantiates the principles of teaching that make up the methodological framework of foreign language modular teaching, basing on this research suggests the structural-functional model of modular system of foreign language teaching, gives its definition, presents the description of its structure and its constituent components, and formulates its basic characteristics.
