TO QUESTION OF COMMUNICATIVE CONFLICT RESEARCHES (BY THE EXAMPLE OF CHINESE LANGUAGE SPEAKERS’ CONFLICT INTERACTION)

Abstract. The author considers the basic model of verbal behaviour in conflict communication, and the structure of conflict communication in situation of Chinese language speakers’ everyday communication, and pays special attention to the notions "communicative conflict" and "conflict interaction" in order to reveal their basic content, to consider the reasons of communicative conflict origin and its influence on the effectiveness of communication, and also to describe Chinese language speakers’ verbal behaviour in the situation of conflict interaction.
