GRAMMATICAL COMPETENCE ROLE IN DETERMINING GOALS OF TEACHING FOREIGN LANGUAGE SPEECH GRAMMATICAL ASPECT FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS SPECIALISTS

Abstract. The author discusses the problem of teaching the grammatical aspect of intercultural communication in terms of the competence-based approach to foreign language education, considers the practical goals features of teaching a foreign language in its pragmatic, cognitive, developmental and pedagogical aspects, reveals the content of the notion "grammatical competence" from the perspective of an intercultural approach to teaching, and also defines its role in relation to the preparation of future foreign affairs specialists.
