CONCEPTUAL FOUNDATIONS FOR DEVELOPING PROGRAMME OF FOREIGN LANGUAGE MODULAR TEACHING FOR TECHNICAL HIGHER EDUCATION ESTABLISHMENT STUDENTS (PART 1)

Abstract. The author considers the conceptual foundations for developing the programme of foreign language modular teaching, contributing to the increase of students’ communicative-cultural competence level in a technical higher education establishment, suggests the algorithm for creating a modular programme, presents its model, reveals and substantiates the principles which form the methodological foundation for developing the programme of foreign language modular teaching for technical higher education establishment students.
