IMAGE OF SCIENTIST IN SCIENCE FICTION OF JULES VERNE AND ALEKSANDR BELYAEV

Abstract. The article is devoted to some aspects of science fiction research by the example of creative works of Jules Verne and Aleksandr Belyaev. It considers the features of creating the images of scientists in writers’ numerous works. The author pays special attention to the diversity and evolution of scientists’ types, their artistic and educational value.
