SYNTHESIS OF FAIRY TALE AND MYTH IN THE RUSSIAN AND MORDOVIAN LITERATURE: CONTRAST-COMPARATIVE ASPECT

Abstract. The article analyzes the literary fairy tales of children’s writers of the end of the ХХ century in the Russian and Mordovian literature in a contrast-comparative aspect. Particular attention is paid to the synthesis of a fairy tale and myth in their works. The authors of the article suggest the aesthetic and ethical evaluations of complex processes and phenomena that are represented in the work "Verlioka" by the Russian writer V. A. Kaverin and the work "Silver shell" by the Mordvinian writer V. I. Mishanina.
