CARD OF TOPONYM IN INFORMATION SYSTEM "TOPONYMY OF RUSSIA"

Abstract. The card of toponym is one of the main structural elements of any toponymic database. The article reveals the content of an e-card of projected information system "Toponymy of Russia". 14 features that allow most fully and comprehensively characterizing the toponyms of various categories such as oikonyms, hydronyms and microtoponyms are considered in detail.
