TRILINGUALISM AS BASIS OF MODERN KAZAKHSTAN SOCIETY DEVELOPMENT BY THE EXAMPLE OF STUDYING KOSTANAI REGION RESIDENTS’ SPEECH

Abstract. The paper considers the specific features of the language problems in the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the language policy of the country, aimed at trilingualism that is confirmed by the results of the social-linguistic research conducted among the residents of Kostanai region. Special attention is paid to the content of the main stages of language policy development in the country, and the views of the Kazakhstan society various representatives on the issue of trilingualism are given.
