SUBJECTIVE EVALUATION OF LANGUAGE AND LANGUAGE POLICY IN EDUCATION (BY THE MATERIAL OF ASSOCIATION EXPERIMENT)

Abstract. The article considers the relationship between the subjective evaluations of the minority language and language policy in school education. The research object is the Tuvan language in the Usinskaya basin in the south of the Krasnoyarsk territory. By the material of free association experiment the overall subjective evaluation of the Tuvan language viability is revealed, and the reasons of language exclusion from the curriculum are analyzed.
