LOCUS OVERCOMING IN KEDRA MITREI'S NOVELLA "CHILD OF A SICK CENTURY"

Abstract. In the article the autobiographical character's behaviour in artistic space (in loci of native home, seminary and way) is analyzed, the hero's overcoming of "attraction" of the loci through discrepant actions and thoughts, disparity between his speech, appearance and established rules is revealed. Characteristic feature of the locus overcoming is the character's movement from one spatial spot to another.
