ON DEFINITION OF SYNTACTIC PARADIGM

Dzhabrailova Valida Saidovna
Moscow State University of Humanities and Economics

Abstract. This article is an attempt to identify the definitional characteristics of the term "syntactic paradigm", which refers to the latest linguistic notion. In modern linguistics there is no consensus on both how to define this term and the criteria governing its functional and structural aspects, as well as the limits. Many scientists have proposed various definitions, but the most common understanding of the syntactic paradigm, according to which it includes both a sentence and a phrase, is defined as a complex of correlating syntactic structures that differ in at least one morpheme.
Key words and phrases: синтаксическая парадигма, синтагматические отношения, трансформационный метод, семантическая эквивалентность, инвариантное значение, предложение, словосочетание, морфологическая парадигма, ядро, предикат, лексико-модальные средства, трансформа, модификация, syntactic paradigm, syntagmatic relations, transformation method, semantic equivalence, invariant meaning, sentence, phrase, morphological paradigm, core, predicate, lexical-modal means, transform, modification
