SYMBOLIZATION IN TURKIC-TATAR POETRY OF THE MIDDLE AGES AND THE MODERN AGE (BY THE EXAMPLE OF SUFI POETIC WORKS)

Abstract. The article reveals the peculiarities in Turkic-Tatar poetry of the Middle Ages and the Modern Age by the material of the Sufi poetic works, frequently used Sufi symbols are highlighted and their sense and philosophical-esthetic load, function, role and artistic significance are defined. A scientific novelty is defined by another approach to the study of Turkic-Tatar poetry of this period: poetic texts are examined on the background of recreation of coded Sufi symbols, and also in the broad context of Eastern literature and Islamic philosophy.
