ON THE PROBLEM OF LINGUO-METHODICAL TRADITIONS OF STUDYING THE NOMINAL PARTS OF SPEECH IN THE ASPECT OF TEACHING RUSSIAN AS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE

Abstract. The article argues for the necessity to study the nominal parts of speech taking into account functional and semantic, competence, text-oriented approaches which allow implementing teaching Russian as a foreign language in the light of the requirements of the new Federal State Educational Standard; the author analyzes methodical literature on the mentioned problem and identifies key issues which should be emphasized while studying morphology in the school course of Russian.
