FRAME ANALYSIS OF SPEECH ACTS IN THE ENGLISH-LANGUAGE DISCOURSE OF VIDEO GAMES (BY THE MATERIAL OF THE VIDEO GAME DOTA 2)

Abstract. The article is devoted to the problem of mental space categorization within the framework of video games and its representation in the human language. The material of the research is the texts produced in the discourse of video games. The used method of frame analysis of the texts allows identifying and describing the cognitive formations which make a frame "Video game Dota 2". Furthermore, during the conducted analysis the author structures the meaningful information recorded in the analyzed texts.
