INVECTIVE VOCABULARY IN DRAMATIC WORKS OF F. BURNASH

Abstract. The article considers the features of using invective vocabulary in the dramatic works of the Tatar writer F. Burnash and, in particular, reveals the different functions of using invectives. It is revealed that invectives, realizing the function of metaphor, metonymy, epithets, are the most common in the works of F. Burnash. An extensive group of invectives is also used as interjections. A significant layer of invectives is formed by borrowings from the Russian language.
