THE THEATRICAL METAPHOR IN HISTORICAL TEXTS OF S. M. SOLOVYOV AND V. O. KLYUCHEVSKY

Abstract. The article considers such a feature of speech-cogitative activity of the prominent historians S. M. Solovyov and V. O. Klyuchevsky as the ability for tropological thinking, focused on attracting metaphor as a way of interpreting the object of scientific cognition. In particular, the author reveals the examples of metaphors, created within the framework of the metaphorical model "the historical development as theater".
