THE PECULIARITIES OF ORGANIZING MONITORING OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCES OF THE EMPLOYEES FROM THE MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Abstract. The article reveals the peculiarities of the monitoring of police officers’ professional competences. It presents the problems of the implementation of competence-based approach. The author determines the elements of the technology of professional competences monitoring: matrixes, cards, active monitoring techniques. The article discloses the content of monitoring methods of professional competences and the criteria for their evaluation: axiological, motivational, cognitive and conative. It is proved that the proposed approach improves the quality of the professional education of police officers.
